This tutorial provides an introduction to the Golden-Thread pattern in which logical virtual resources can be used to affect the dependency caching model of resources.
This powerful pattern allows resources derived from external data sets (such as Databases, remote services, no-SQL stores etc etc) to be logically associated with a dependency which can readily be expired when an external state change occurs to the outside world.
The tutorial consists of a series of short video demonstrations together with an installed demonstration module which you can explore and play with.
This tutorial requires a general understanding of ROC and is intermediate.
This tutorial assumes you have completed the roc-basics tutorial beforehand.
